Norfolk's "mumblecore" giants YOU'RE JOVIAN are returning to the Hill City. This go around, frontman Elliott Malvas is bringing along perhaps his most sonically boisterous lineup. Now a four-piece, the band showcases syrupy layers of guitar work poured over a solid rhythm section.
